Below is the public schedule of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. All events are free and open to the public unless noted. For ticketed events, people are requested to contact the organizers directly or visit the listed websites for further information on tickets.
For all teachings in Dharamsala, registration is required in order to attend. Registration begins a few days before the actual start of the teaching and ends the day before the first day of the teaching. Registration hours are from 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm at the Branch Security Office in McLeod Ganj (Bhagsunath Road near Hotel Tibet). Kindly bring your passport for registration. A nominal fee of Rs. 10 will be charged.
For your information, as a long-standing policy His Holiness the Dalai Lama does not accept any fees for his talks. Where tickets need to be purchased, organizers are requested by our office to charge the minimum entrance fee in order to cover their costs only.

October 3 - 5, 2019
His Holiness will give three days of teachings on Nagarjuna's The Precious Garland of the Middle Way (uma rinchen trengwa) in the mornings at the Main Tibetan Temple at the request of Taiwanese.
November 4 - 6, 2019
His Holiness will give three days of teachings on The Heart Sutra (sherab nyingpo) in the mornings at the Main Tibetan Temple at the request of Koreans.
November 24, 2019
His Holiness will give a general Buddhist teaching in the morning at the request of Lokuttara International Bhikkhu Training Center Aurangabad. The teachings will be held at the Sports Stadium of the P.E.S. College of Physical Education Aurangabad.
December 14, 2019
His Holiness will inaugurate the new courtyard of Drepung Gomang Monastery in the morning and also attend a ceremony celebrating the marking of the 6-year implementation phase of the Emory Tibetan Science Initiative.
December 15 - 17, 2019
His Holiness will give complete The Wheel of Teachings on Manjushri Empowerments (jamyang Choekhor) based on its proximal lineage that he began in Bodhgaya in December 2018. The venue will be at Drepung Monastery.
December 19, 2019
His Holiness will give a one-day teaching (topic to be decided) in the morning at Gaden Monastery.
December 20, 2019
His Holiness will inaugurate an international conference on Je Tsongkhapa: Life, Thought and Legacy in the morning at Gaden Monastery.
December 21, 2019
His Holiness will participate in the 600th anniversary celebrations of Je Tsongkhapa in the morning at Gaden Monastery.
December 22, 2019
His Holiness will be offered a long life offering by several monasteries in the morning at Gaden Monastery.
March 9, 2020
His Holiness will give a short general teaching including from the Jataka Tales in the morning at the Main Tibetan Temple.
